The Problem
Our client was struggling with a franchise-provided landing page. This page was a text-heavy, unwieldy landing page on zoomroom.com that offered a subpar user experience (UX), making it difficult for users to engage.Additionally, Zoom Room was dealing with stagnant marketing efforts. Their solo marketing attempts weren't yielding the desired results, leaving them with average weekly revenues below their target.
The Process
Zoom Room Crestwood decided they needed an innovative digital strategy to break through and reach their goals. The Problem
Our 30+ locations were struggling to turn their leads into sales as most of them were not staffed with salespeople, but instead dog lovers and dog trainers that were busy providing high quality services to their clients and dogs. This meant that while their ads were performing well and getting them quality leads, they weren't benefitting from it.
The Process
Our team decided there was a need to fill this sales gap for each of our locations. They did not have time to call, text, and email leads as they would like to. We created a custom CRM that was outfitted with workflows and automated SMS/Email and auto booking to keep our owners and trainers doing what they do best.
The Results
1. Sales: Lead-to-Sale ratios skyrocketed by about 30% within 2-3 months of launch for this new CRM across all locations.
